STUDENTKOMPANIE is your partner for the successful development, optimized asset management and professional operation of student accommodation in Germany.
We develop a wide variety of projects for our clients, including new developments, conversion projects, existing properties and accommodation with complementary uses such as hotels, retirement homes and general residential. Our regional focus is on the five largest student cities as well as the classic smaller university towns with a focus on the Rhine-Main-Neckar region and the Rhineland. The Shareholders
Studentkompanie Projektentwicklung GmbH’s shareholders are the Berlin Dentist Pension Fund (VZB) and the management in equal parts.
The management: Dr. Frank Pfirsching
Dr. Frank Pfirsching is the Managing Partner of STUDENTKOMPANIE. He has more than 15 years of experience with leading asset managers in Germany with a focus on new developments and portfolio optimisation. From 2015, he has been instrumental in building the largest German purpose-built student accommodation portfolio with 3,000 units.
In the seven years before, Dr. Frank Pfirsching, as Director Real Estate at Hudson Advisors - the servicer of financial investor Lone Star - was responsible for the management of all directly held real estate investments. He spent the first six years of his career working for the then Sireo Real Estate GmbH - now Corpus Sireo - most recently as Vice President and Branch Manager.
Dr. Pfirsching holds a MBA degree and a Doctorate from European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel
